Anonymous website analytics

We measure visits and the steps people take toward an enquiry using anonymous visitor and session identifiers. Analytics may include pages and booking steps viewed, broad device and screen categories, browser, operating system, language, timezone, referral and campaign information, and country. Country is derived from the network address using a country lookup service; the raw network address is not retained in the analytics database. Names, contact details, enquiry messages, passwords, and form contents are not included in analytics events.

Who receives it

Information is shared only where needed with the owner and the services that operate this website, deliver email, collect signatures, or process payment. Card information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by Villa Tullia.

Retention and your rights

Unsuccessful enquiries are removed when no longer needed. Booking, agreement, and payment records are retained for the periods required by applicable Italian law. You may ask to access, correct, restrict, or erase information where the law permits, or object to certain processing.
